The World Council of Postsecondary and Religious Education was originally founded by the late William Knox in the late 1980's.After his death it went into hiatus status.
In the mid -1990s Bisop Dr. James Dussault (now deceased) and Bishop Dr. Bradley Carey. Reorganized it and brought it back to active status.
