Print out the application for accreditation [ Accreditation Application ]. Then. send it in with the application fee and the following items, as they may apply to you:

Copies of all licenses (state, federal, Etc.)

list of affiliations (organizations, churches, Etc.)

List of degrees, diplomas, certificates offered and their requirements

List of all courses offered

Names and qualifications of all staff, administration, Etc.

If your application for accreditation is denied your fee will be returned.

During the application process if we discover something you have supplied to us is not true or is fake and fraudulent, your application will be immediately denied and all fees will be returned.
