Here are original teratology studies on aspartame by the manufacturer themselves. It took 8 years to find them because an FDA head made a deal with G. D. Searle to seal them from the public. With full knowledge of especially what methanol would do to the fetus they didn't even have the decency to add a pregnancy warning. Someone at MIT said by 2025 one out of two babies born will be autistic while industry tries to deny its epidemic. Aspartame and vaccines can be lethal to babies, and aspartame interacts with drugs and vaccines and is not only a teratogen (causing birth defects) but an excitoneurotoxic drug and adjuvant. Note in Oman they can't give aspartame to babies up to one year but the babies can get it if the mother is using it through breast milk. Read Dr. H. J. Roberts article in our "Report for Schools" - http://www.mpwhi.com/report_on_aspartame_and_children.htm The late Dr. Roberts was the world expert and wrote "Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic" , the 1000 page medical text on this excitoneurotoxic, genetically engineered, carcinogenic, addictive drug, adjuvant and teratogen. It's tragic to think of all the babies at St. Jude Hospital who suffered birth defects and born with brain tumors from mother's who used it during pregnancy. Aspartame breaks down to a brain tumor agent, diketopiperazine. It was never proven safe but the criminal act of approval was orchestrated by Don Rumsfeld who G. D. Searle hired to get it marketed.
Science proved it isn't safe and causes cancer and FDA originally tried to indict the manufacturer for fraud. The defense team simply hired the prosecutors. With the statute of limitations over and knowing aspartame was a killer the FDA set up a task force which showed you couldn't accept any thing G. D. Searle said and revealed how they lied. At the heart of FDAs regulatory process is its ability to rely upon the integrity of the basic safety data submitted by sponsors of regulated products. Our investigation clearly demonstrates that, in the (case of the) GD Searle Company, we have no basis for such reliance now.
We have noted that Searle has not submitted all the facts of experiments to FDA, retaining unto itself the unpermitted option of filtering, interpreting, and not submitting information which we would consider material to the safety evaluation of the product . . . Finally, we have found instances of irrelevant or unproductive animal research where experiments have been poorly conceived, carelessly executed, or inaccurately analyzed or reported.
Some of our findings suggest an attitude of disregard for FDAs mission of protection of the public health by selectively reporting the results of studies in a manner which allay the concerns of questions of an FDA reviewer.
Talk about power structures their bad conduct includes the courts. G. D. Searle filed to have the results of the task force removed so the public wouldn't find out, but we have the task force records which show the facts. Even today too many courts favor the control of political power instead of doing its job to protect the public. As to aspartame when the FDA was on the people's side, there was nothing left to do but convene a Board of Inquiry which they did. They voted to revoke the petition for aspartame and the FDA Commissioner Jere Goyan had 30 days to sign it into law. Goyan was fired and his wife told me someone on President Reagan's transition team called at 3:00 AM for his resignation to prevent his signature. She sent me her affidavit which is on http://www.mpwhi.com She was adamant there was no way Goyan would have allowed this poison marketed. President Ronald Reagan wrote an executive order so the revoked petition couldn't be signed into law. He had to replace Goyan with someone who would commit a crime and over-rule the vote which was final. But when you have bottomless checkbooks and a power structure who cares not who dies, and they don't like the vote they change it. How did Rumsfeld accomplish Searle's order to get it on the market? Even though the vote was over and you were not allowed by law to change it, Arthur Hull Hayes, one of Rumsfeld's flunkeys, was made FDA Commissioner and declared they would just vote again. He had no right to do this but again the FDA revoked the petition for approval. There was nothing that could prove a poison was safe. There was nothing that could make the brain cancer issue go away. As FDA Dr. Adrian Gross told the Senate in 1985 aspartame violates the Delaney Amendment because it causes cancer. Still Rumsfeld had to figure out how to get the vote he wanted so he added someone else to the Board of Inquiry whose final decision twice was for aspartame approval to be revoked. Adding someone to the Board who would vote his way caused a tie and gave Rumsfeld the opportunity to break it and get it marketed against the will of the FDA.
The FDA including Jerome Bressler wanted G. D. Searle indicted for fraud and did everything humanly possible to stop it. You will note in the film Dr. John Olney and James Turner tried to prevent the approval of aspartame, and that Olney was so disgusted with the fraud that he insisted Searle do studies in his lab where he could oversee them. The studies showed how aspartame damages the brain so Olney thought it would not get approved but didn't know G. D. Searle never reported them to FDA.

Harvard did a study on humans with the same results. Today FDA is run by Big Pharma. The old FDA did tell Dr. Olney even though Rumsfeld succeeded in getting this poison marketed they would see to it that no child ever got it. Today its in all sorts of pediatric drugs and thousands of foods. In Spain I was told most things for children in the pharmacy have aspartame in them. One caller said she couldn't find a pain killer in Spain that didn't have aspartame. The law requires a PKU warning because 50% of the aspartame molecule is phenylalanine and phenylketonurics cannot metabolize it. Yet aspartame is now being added to drugs unlabeled. Even when I was in the hospital it was given to me causing a heart attack. It had Vanillin in the drug which is genetically engineered with aspartame. Dr. Bowen was right on target on its mass poisoning effects. He suffers from Lou Gehrigs from it but was able to get over the cancer it caused.
There is only one solution to this and that is to get it off the market. We are writing to heads of states in most countries to stop the import of aspartame and asking judges to order FDA Commissioner Dr. Stephen Hahn to by administrative order rescind the approval. In particular write Judge James Bredar in Maryland who has jurisdiction. It just took an illegal vote to mass poison the world with aspartame which goes by many names, NutraSweet, AminoSweet, Neotame, Advantame, Canderel, E-951, Spoonful, Benevia, etc. Now its going to take the whole planet's involvement to stop this killing machine that was approved by political chicanery. Today the International Court of Justice at The Hague has forwarded the information to the criminal court for investigation of Donald Rumsfeld on aspartame and Bill Gates on the vaccine issue.
