Subject: To Cancer Information Network/NIH/NCI: Aspartame is an excitoneurotoxic carcinogenic drug, known for over a quarter of a century. Why have you not exposed the "oatmeal brownie" report masquerading as a cancer study, and answered this last email?

To Cancer Network at NIH: Why have you not answered my email. You told Don Harkins at the Idaho Observer you it was premature to go along with the "the oat meal brownie study". This, of course, was no cancer study. It was a multi-food form giving a memory test to some elderly AARP people, asking them if they remembered what they ate in a 12-month period, and of course, we have the form. It doesn't even mention aspartame but on one of 56 questions when they ask if the person uses coffee and tea and if so what sweetener. It said if you don't use coffee or tea go to #27 and tell us if you use vitamins. They do ask about strawberries in season and hysterectomies, oatmeal and brownies. Even when they ask about regular pop they do not ask if they use one with aspartame like Tab. Nor do they ask if they use any of the other 6000 products with aspartame, so would have no way of knowing if the person filing out the form used aspartame or not. It was declared a bogus study all over the world. Here is the report: http://www.wnho.net/halt_the_spin_on_bogus_studies.htm NIH and NCI Halt The Spin on Bogus Study. So why are you putting this out now and on what basis? Why haven't you demanded that aspartame be removed from the market. Here is the report for recall to FDA Commissioner, Dr. Echenbach: http://www.wnho.net/project_recall_aspartame.htm This is the whole history of aspartame and cancer from the beginning. Everything is a matter of public record including the congressional record and Task Force of the FDA and shows how the original manufacturer went so far as to filter out records that showed cancer and even excised brain tumors from rats, putting them back in the study and when they died resurrected them on paper. And the FDA tried to have them indicted for fraud. Since cancer is a matter of public record why you have been silent on this issue? Let me put it in terms you can understand. If you are there to have an incestuous relationship with aspartame manufacturers and industry and don't care how many people in the world die from cancer because of this addictive excitoneurotoxic carcinogenic drug you can ignore this letter. That will allow us to tell the world your real localities. But if you have the least amount of concern for the public continuing to get cancer and die from this carcinogenic drug write me back and tell me what you're doing about it. The oatmeal brownie multifood form is not a cancer study. It doesn't even ask if you used aspartame for the years prior to the 12 months. Frankly, the public is sick of NCI/NIH doing absolutely nothing.

To Cancer Information Network:
Aspartame is an excitoneurotoxic carcinogenic drug, known for over a quarter of a century

To Cancer Information Network:

Please note, this article published by the Cancer Information Network might as well have been printed in Walt Disney's Fantasy. It has no relevance to anything and should be retracted. Aspartame is an excitoneurotoxic carcinogenic drug. It has been declared a global epidemic by H. J. Roberts, M.D., http://www.sunsentpress.com Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic, 1038 page medical text including all the tumors and cancers.

This has been known for over a quarter of a century and it was the brain tumor issue that caused the Board of Inquiry of the FDA to revoke the petition for approval, which was 26 years ago tomorrow. http://www.wnho.net/fda_petition1.doc However, aspartame also triggered mammary, uterine, ovarian, testicular, pancreatic and thyroid tumors. Be sure to check out the FDA audit on this subject on http://www.dorway.com, the Bressler Report.

The Ramazzini Study has simply confirmed what the FDA said over a quarter of a century ago. The aspartame documentary, Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World, has two aspartame brain tumor cases in it, http://www.amazon.com And Ramazzini Study showed cancer at levels approved for humans: http://www.ehponline.org/press/111605.html
http://www.wnho.net/new_aspartame_studies.htm

There was a coverup by the European Food Safety Authority and they were reported to the International Court of Justice. Since then, one physician has admitted to the pressure by industry and that they battle this pressure to hijack science: http://www.rense.com/general73/openn.htm

While the manufacturers have been telling whoppers for years the facts are a matter of government records: http:// www.wnho.net/whopper.htm

Aspartame is illegal because it violates the Delaney Amendment: http://www.wnho.net/delaney_lives.htm It also violates adulteration statutes, both state and federal admitted by the National Soft Drink Assn, and recorded in the congressional record we have on web. And since you are forbidden to ship an adulterated product for sale it violates interstate commerce laws. Because of the power of the aspartame manufacturers nobody seems to care. But the FDA is obligated to remove aspartame from the market. http://www.wnho.net/cancer_study_obligates_recall.htm

With the Ramazzini Study neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, M.D., said aspartame should be immediately removed from schools, that mothers should be horrified. He is the author of Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills that goes into brain tumors triggered by aspartame. In fact, we are now taking aspartame brain tumor cases in New York and New Jersey for litigation, and you can notify your people who have them to contact me.

Here is Dr. Blaylock's interview which was just published: http://www.newstarget.com/020550.html

Please warn the public that aspartame is indeed a dangerous carcinogenic drug. Here is the article from the Ecologist, one of the most prestigious magazines in Europe: http://www.wnho.net/the_ecologist_aspartame_report.htm

Here are the articles on aspartame and blood disorders: http://www.rense.com/general70/aasp.htm

There is more information being published soon on aspartame and blood disorders.

Aspartame Not Linked to Brain or Blood Cancer

According to an article recently published in Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention, high intake of aspartame (NutraSweet) does not appear to increase the risks of cancers originating in the brain or blood.

Aspartame is a low-calorie sweetener that is often found in diet soft drinks, ice tea, coffees, or fruit juices. Results from animal studies have indicated that high levels of aspartame may be associated with an increased development of cancers originating in the brain or blood.

Due to the prevalence of cancer in the United States, researchers have made efforts to evaluate potential associations between dietary intake or other environmental factors and risks of specific cancers.

Researchers affiliated with the National Institutes of Health recently conducted a study to evaluate the potential association between aspartame intake and the development of brain or blood (hematologic) cancers. This study included over 285,000 men and nearly 189,000 women ages 50 to 71 years. Patients filled in a food frequency questionnaire regarding aspartame intake and were followed for five years.

* There was no increase in the risk of brain cancers among patients with higher levels of aspartame consumption.

* There was no increase in the risk of hematologic cancers among patients with higher levels of aspartame consumption.

The researchers concluded that high consumption of aspartame does not appear to increase the risk of developing brain or hematologic cancers. However, longer follow-up may provide additional information about these associations.
