Dear Spirit India: This is misinformation. A brand new study using lower doses of aspartame has again shown aspartame causes cancer. The FDA put out the misinformation against the first study on Friday knowing the new study would be released on Monday. Notice they could not say why they wouldn't accept it because they had no excuse and themselves had tried to get the original manufacturer indicted for fraud for such things as removing brain tumors from rats, putting them back in the study and resurrecting them when they died. I was at Mt. Sinai Medical School in New York on Monday when the new study by the Foundation for Oncology and Environmental Sciences, Ramazzini, once again showed that aspartame is a carcinogen. Dr. Morando Soffritti also received the prestigious Irving J. The FDA has always known that aspartame caused cancer. It breaks down to DKP, for instance, a brain tumor agent. In original studies aspartame triggered brain, mammary, uterine, ovarian, pancreatic, testicular and thyroid tumors - for starters. They are in deep trouble for never recalling it after Don Rumsfeld called in his markers to get it approved when the FDA revoked the petition for approval. This petition is on the front page banner of http://www.wnho.net The FDA is now guilty under Title 18, Section 1001 for stumbling the public with full knowledge of the toxicity and carcinogenicity of aspartame. Their loyalty is to the manufacturers. FDA receives money from industry for approval. You cannot serve two masters. They serve the pharmaceutical and chemical industry and have betrayed the trust of the public.
Please publish this letter so the people will not be stumbled. Aspartame is an addictive excitoneurotoxic carcinogenic drug. Attorneys in New York are already taking aspartame brain tumor cases in New York and New Jersey.
Please have it recalled in India immediately. This is absolutely urgent! Immediate action against the FDA should be taken since they are the ones themselves that said aspartame caused cancer from the beginning. Their own toxicologist, Dr. Adrian Gross told Congress in l985 that aspartame violated the Delaney Amendment that says you cannot put anything in food that causes cancer in animals because without a shadow of a doubt aspartame causes brain tumors and brain cancer.
