Subject: Independent scientific peer reviewed studies for 30 years show harm caused by aspartame

Dear FDA:

You keep saying if you see any evidence of harm you will do something about aspartame. Why haven't you? Original studies showed cancer, all types of tumors, seizures, birth defects, etc. I have FDA records. Since that time independent studies have proven obesity, drug interaction, tumor formation, cancer, heart disease, stroke, brain damage, headaches, birth defects, MS, damaged DNA, formaldehyde embalming, etc, etc. for starters. Aspartame violates the Delaney Amendment and adulteration laws, and Interstate Commence which forbids shipping anything adulterated for sale.

Here is a first stack of studies below. When are you going to do something? Please reply immediately as people are sick and dying all over the world. How many more studies would you like to review? We want to assist the FDA and keep them coming. Aspartame just for starters triggers psychiatric and behavioral problems, causes cancer, precipitates MS and diabetes, makes you fat, old and mad. Check out your own FDA report of 92 symptoms: http://www.mpwhi.com/92_aspartame_symptoms.pdf Be sure to read some of the medical texts for neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, drug interaction, birth defects and over a 1000 pages of horrors caused by aspartame while you have absolutely nothing except to lie to the public saying aspartame is safe. Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic by H. J. Roberts, M.D., http://www.sunsentpress.com, Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills by neurosurgeon, Russell Blaylock, M.D., http://www.russellblaylockmd.com - for starters... We're asking all consumers to send this to Congress for an investigation as to why FDA does nothing and lies to the public with propaganda making FDA guilty of the Data quality Act: http://www.mpwhi.com/fda_violates_data_quality_act.htm

When will you answer Citizens Petitions for ban going back as far as over 8 years when the law states they must be answered in 180 days. An imminent health hazard requires an answer in a week or ten days. Mine goes back four years.
