Here are FDA Reports many have never seen. You will see in their letter to me that they had not compiled the one for 1998 so there is no chart for this.

These are in jpg format and have been reduced. You will find them following the text that is written here.

The 1995 FDA report of 92 symptoms, and 10,000 consumer complaints, is the one I gave other webmasters for their web sites. It is the highest amount the FDA would allow to be recorded. But be assured that these are not the only complaints. Even Dr. Kessler said only 1% of serious reactions are ever reported to the FDA which is why we ask constantly that you report your case to the FDA through the Medwatch form. You can click on it from http://www.dorway.com

I have sent consumer complaints to the FDA for years and they are not counted. In the Food Chemical News they stated they weren't taking complaints anymore. So I never put further FDA reports on web. First of all, they are not counting all the complaints. In l996 they wanted to show a decrease in consumer complaints so they could grant blanket approval but said they had to show a decrease in complaints. Many consumers called me during that year who said the FDA said they were not taking complaints anymore. Well, if you don't take complaints you won't get more but I figured there was no way to show a decrease. Straight from the Twilight Zone, the FDA says they had to change their bookkeeping that required throwing away hundreds of aspartame complaints. And you will see the decrease in l996. I never put this report on line because its not a true, its what the FDA decided they would show.

In 1996 they granted blanket approval of aspartame for everything, even though it was the FDA who said in the beginning you could not heat aspartame. And as most know it breaks down to toxins like formaldehyde and DKP, the brain tumor agent.

Even the original manufacturer, Searle, in their secret trade information released during congressional hearings admitted it couldn't be used for everything. From Transcript of Document Number 31, page 3: "I think that it's vital to point out to the Food and Drug people at this meeting that the sweetener is not suitable for all applications for artificial sweeteners and at best would only be functional in PART of the market that we held by cyclamate or saccharin."

On page 2 talking about DKP, the brain tumor agent aspartame breaks down to, it said:

"My prime concern at this time is with the production of the DKP and our lack of complete toxicological data on DKP if SC-18362 went -- out completely to DKP. If we select foods that have their storage in dry form particularly if they are formulated so there is acid ingredient, then we would have confidence that the SC-18362 would not break down measurably during the usual maximum storage periods. We then must consider how much DKP could be formed from the time the system is converted to a wet system to the time of consumption allowing for maximum likely abuse. In this way, I would say that the first category of items for which we should seek approval would be these applications where the sweetener is used and held in dry form and consumed within about an hour of solution, where no heat is involved."

What a confession. Consider not only is aspartame broken down in storage and delivery but how many have seen diet pop sitting in front of a 7-11 or gas station in 90 degree heat. They sent diet pop to the Persian Gulf to sit for weeks at a time in 120 degree Arabian sun with full knowledge. After all Coke and Pepsi are members of the National Soft Drink Assn (now American Beverage) who wrote the protest and admitted aspartame violated federal adulteration statutes. It breaks down at 86 degrees. Here is the Congressional Record where they added the protest because after the admission, they turned around and lobbied for NutraSweet. http://www.wnho.net/congressional_record1.doc The protest is also on http://www.dorway.com and the entire text of the Secret Trade Information.

So you see what a horrible thing Dr. Kessler did when he approved aspartame for everything, and the FDA after saying it couldn't be heated actually approved it for baking in 1993. Consider your temperature is 98.6 so all you have to do is swallow the toxin.

Searle also knew that if they knew aspartame breaks down to DKP, the brain tumor agent, they wouldn't approve it, and actually admitted this in confidential trade secret information, this same document. On page 3, the last paragraph, it says: "with the spoon-for-spoon, we have no way of estimating maximum likely abuse and hence need to utilize data based on almost complete conversion to DKP. If we include this use in the original FAP, we stand a good chance of ending up with nothing in the short run and nothing in the long run whereas the other approach would give us something in the short run and, quite likely as much as we would ever get in the long run."

The symptoms of Gulf War Syndrome are identical to this FDA list. And aspartame interacts with all drugs and vaccines, and they were given Antrax and others. They didn't stand a chance.

The FDA today denies these reports. When a Canadian magazine called them about the FDA report of 92 symptoms they said there was no such thing. I had to fax them these reports on FDA stationery to show they were lying. And they did publish the story.

In 1999 the FDA and the CDC who both called were swamped with cases in response to my article about lecturing for the World Environmental Conference, when Nancy Markle put her name on it, and it saturated the globe. http://www.dorway.com/nomarkle.html Yet where are those records today.

Today there is a medical text, Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic, by H. J. Roberts, M.D., 1038 pages of symptoms, diseases, tumors and other horrors triggered by aspartame. http://www.sunsentpress.com

Dr. Russell Blaylock, neurosurgeon has written Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills, http://www.russellblaylockmd.com

And there is an aspartame documentary that tells you how Don Rumsfeld got aspartame approved when the FDA said no. Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World, http://www.amazon.com or Barnes & Noble. Stay tuned for the sequel, Sweet Remedy. When you read the Board of Inquiry of the FDA revoking the petition for aspartame, you will see a commentary with a clip from the movie about Rumsfeld by James Turner, Atty. http://www.wnho.net/fda_petition1.doc

As to the brain tumors, attorneys are taking cases in New York and New Jersey. And to think they knew the gun was loaded before they ever asked for approval. If that wasn't bad enough, Searle in l983/84 had studies done on humans in six countries using people from poor villages who wouldn't be missed. They fed them so much aspartame some developed brain tumors in 18 months. It also triggered seizures and other aspartame problems. And they never published the studies. The FDA's own toxicologist, Dr. Adrian Gross, told Congress that they should not have even been able to set an allowable daily dose because aspartame causes brain tumors and brain cancer. He also said it violated the Delaney Amendment which says if a product causes cancer in animals you can't put it in food. Read Delaney Lives by James Turner, Atty. http://www.wnho.net/delaney_lives.htm Dr. Gross' last words to Congress were "And if the FDA violates its own laws who is left to protect the public?"

Aspartame in original studies triggered not only brain tumors but also mammary, ovarian, uterine, testicular, thyroid, and pancreatic tumors. In 2005 the Ramazzini Study confirmed original FDA findings that aspartame is a multipotential carcinogen. It caused leukemia, lymphoma, cancer of the peripheral nerves, especially cranial and even kidney cancer. Only the rats fed aspartame developed malignant brain tumors.

So be warned do not use aspartame/NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonful/Naturataste/E951/Canderel. It is a deadly addictive, excitoneurotoxic carcinogenic drug. And on these FDA reports you will see all the symptoms from four types of seizures to coma and death. There are many more in Dr. Roberts medical text.
