As you see, the EU Food Watchdog just whitewashed aspartame again. As expected it was really looking for anything that they could use to rebut the most impeccable study ever done, the Ramazzini Study, peer reviewed by 7 world experts. Beyond a shadow of a doubt this study proved aspartame to be a multipotential carcinogen confirming FDA's original studies. It showed aspartame causes leukemia, lymphoma, kidney cancer and cancer of the cranial peripheral nerves. Only rats fed aspartame developed malignant brain tumors. You could have a dozen impeccable studies and the EU and our FDA would immediately start looking for something to say to disregard them.
As an example, aspartame is illegal because it violates the Delaney Amendment which says if a product causes cancer in animals it can't be put in food. This is what the FDA's own toxicologist told congress two decades ago, the Delaney Amendment should have been invoked. In fact, FDA toxicologist Dr. Adrian Gross' last words to Congress were "and if the FDA violates its own laws who is left to protect the public?" So the FDA knows and admits aspartame is illegal. The NSDA who changed their name to American Beverage admitted in their protest aspartame is adulterated which means its against the law to use it. Yet, the National Soft Drink Association after mentioning that turned around and lobbied for NutraSweet, and the pop companies put it in pop anyway, after confessing its illegal because it violates federal adulteration statutes. As such, interstate commerce laws also make it illegal because its against the law to ship an adulterated product for sale. Also additives are by law suppose to be inert or non-reactive. So our FDA with full knowledge allows an illegal drug on the market. Yet as attack dog of Big Pharma look at the raids the FDA carried out especially in the early 90's before the Dietary Supplement Bill was passed. They came with guns into Dr. Wright's clinic in Washington, which became the topic of the Video narrated by James Earl Jones, "Let Truth Be Your Bias." The raids were over safe vitamins and herbs.

It's a sad commentary when those responsible to solve the problem ARE the problem. When the American and European Governments turn their back on the mass poisoning of the world with this deadly chemical poison, its beneath contempt. But we knew this was coming. Look what happened when the Ramazzini Study was released. The government here instead of even reviewing it went into high gear scrambling to find something to rebut it. Of course, our government knew it was deadly two decades ago, with the FDA even back then attempting to get the pharmaceutical company indicted. It was despicable to see the goings on, and this last effort to take a multifood form filled out by some elderly people a decade ago, and pawn it off as an aspartame study. Their comment said it all, with no concern about aspartame giving the public cancer, they spoke on the economic impact of removing it from the market. In other words, they didn't want the aspartame makers poisoning the world to lose money.
Four years ago I met with the EU in Brussels bringing them the actual report from the FDA revoking the petition for approval of aspartame because it's not safe and causes brain tumors. I not only brought them all the damning research but evidence of how industry fixes studies to try and show a poison to show safety. They disregarded all the damning research and used the ones I showed them to be flawed instead. They knew what they were going to do before I ever arrived, and I did too, the reason I was wired.
