Hi Betty,

I am 49 years old and feel like I'm 100. I have been using 50+ packs of equal a day for probably 25 +along with a couple of diet pops per day and sugar free snacks.

I suffer from:
Severe Joint Pain
Anxiety
Headaches
RLS
Loss of Memory

Medications:
Lexapro
Klonopin
Requip
Phenergan as needed
Lyrica
Omeprizol

I'm sure at this point the doctors are thinking I'm a hypochondriac. I have been to many doctors with all the complaints and was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

I stopped using aspartame about a week ago. I am still having all the above symptoms even on lyrica.

I want my life back and I want to feel normal. Please tell me how long before I feel normal. Is there anything that I can do to speed up the process of detoxification?

There are some days when my kids are talking about when they were growing up and I really can't remember most of what they are saying.

I want to get healthy. Will I ever regain memory and health since I have used this for so long?

Thank you so much for what you are doing. I hope somehow this can be Banned from using.

AH

I forgot to tell you my brain scan showed white matter of that of an older person.

Thanks AH

I had to read your email twice. I honestly can't imagine anyone using 50 packets of Equal a day. I've seen victims drinking only 3 Diet Coke's a day being diagnosed with MS and lupus and other known aspartame diseases. Was it coffee you were adding the Equal to? How many cups?

First of all, when studies were done in other countries, Norma Vera, the translator told me it showed aspartame hardens the synovial fluids, that's the fluid that lubricates the joints, and this causes agonizing joint pain. After aspartame was approved by political chicanery, certainly not science, up comes this diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Dr. H. J. Roberts always called it a junk bucket diagnosis. There was a study at the University of Florida on fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, and when aspartame and MSG were eliminated the problems disappeared.

Secondly, here is the FDA list of 92 symptoms the FDA has admitted to in the past: http://www.mpwhi.com/92_aspartame_symptoms.pdf

Aspartame can give you all these symptoms and then the physician who doesn't realize aspartame is a drug and not an additive prescribes prescription drugs for the problems, and usually the drugs have aspartame in them. I just picked one - Klonopin -and because most people with insurance get the generic they pay for that's where you usually get the aspartame although it's in many brand names as well. It's in thousands of drugs.. Naturally drugs don't need a sweetener you swallow, so they make the generic in dissolving form so they have an excuse. Here is just one of your drugs:

Klonopin

I've gone through your drugs on the Internet although not reading all the articles to show you what is going on. Big Pharma knows all about aspartame, so they have all these drugs to treat the symptoms and diseases of aspartame and then fill the drugs to treat them with more aspartame. It's called one of the greatest scandals in US History, the mass poisoning of the world.

This reminds me of a case of long ago. A young woman kept going to the ER and they told her they knew something was wrong and she had all kinds of neurological problems but they couldn't figure it out. She left the ER to pick up some Diet Coke. When she opened the 12 pack there was one of our flyers, NutraSweet is a Neurotoxin. She called Dr. Roberts who had her call me. I have physician papers on all the problems and she walked around the room saying "I have that - and that - and that!" Finally off aspartame her symptoms disappeared and she gave up the many, many drugs she used like yourself. She had been unable to work for years so she bought a thrift shop and the put in the window the FDA report and physician's documentation.

She asked the lady why she sold the shop and she said she had a mystery disease and could no longer work. Then she started looking at the papers and knew she too was suffering from aspartame disease. Her name was Marie and she told me she was on over 20 drugs, could barely walk and the nurses always met her at the car. She said after giving up the drugs and her symptoms disappeared she walked into the doctor's office unattended to their shock, and announced she was well.

The woman who bought she shop took care of her husband's little girl. Her mother used aspartame during pregnancy and she was born with a brain tumor, like so many babies at St. Jude.

It's everywhere, and it is mass poisoning. Here is an email I recently wrote answering the FDA's misleading information. Notice at the end is Dr. James Bowen's letter to them years ago on mass poisoning. https://www.opednews.com/articles/Millions-of-Lives-Depend-o-by-Stephen-Fox-92-Aspartame-Poisoning-Symptoms-According-To-Fda_Aspartame-Carcinogen_Aspartame-Poisoning_Betty-Martini-190403-458.html

As to the white matter representing aging, Dr. James Bowen told me because aspartame damages the mitochondria or powerhouse of the cell it ages you. Think of Michael Fox, a Diet Pepsi spokesman, who got Parkinson's, and old man's disease, at the age of 30. Hospices have called me and said they had 20 year old patients with Alzheimers. Dr. Bowen himself used it and has Lou Gehrigs and said in six weeks his brown hair turned to white.

Why the anxiety and depression ? Aspartame is also a psycho drug causing psychiatric and behavioral problems It has to do with the depletion of serotonin. Look at this recent study where it shows serotonin depleted as much as 74%. Notice it says: "As this study shows, aspartame may be contributing to the downfall of human civilization by altering the brains of human beings, turning them into cognitively impaired, chemically-altered organisms incapable of rational behavior." https://rense.com/general96/new-shows-study-aspartame-depletes-neurotransmitters-in-the-brain.php

Headache is so prevalent its #1 on the FDA list and memory loss #9. There are several things you need to know - one of which you are not off aspartame. It's in your drugs. It's also in 17 dairy products unlabeled. It's in thousands of drugs and over 14,000 products. You also have different names, E951, AminoSweet, NutraSweet, aspartame, Spoonful, Benevia, Canderel and Advantame just for starters. It is a chemical hypersensitization drug. That means after you are really off of aspartame if you accidently get some you can react. A lot of victims carry epi-pens. You need to understand that. Even I didn't realize when I was in the hospital they has given me drugs with aspartame and then something for pain and I stopped breathing three times. Aspartame interacts with pain medication fiercely.

I didn't want what I went through to happen to others so here is a hospital form for you to give to your physician and take a copy whenever you go to a hospital to make sure they "can't" give you aspartame. It has the whole chapter on aspartame and drug interaction from Dr. H. J. Roberts medical text, "Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic" . This way your physician will find out it interacts with drugs and even vaccines. Normally when the drug is filled they use generic and they are putting aspartame in so many of them on purpose. http://www.mpwhi.com/aspartame_hospital_form.htm

Here is the Aspartame Resource Guide and I would give a copy of this to your physician as well. It has the name of the medical texts in it which you and your physician ought to have. They will educate you and your physicians on many things you don't know about aspartame including the symptoms and diseases it can trigger or precipitate. Also, you will see a paper by neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, M.D. called "What To Do If You Have Used Aspartame" so he provides a detox program: http://www.mpwhi.com/aspartame_resource_guide_list.htm He is author of "Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills".

Your physician may want to know why its addictive. It has a methyl ester which immediately becomes free methyl alcohol which is classified as a narcotic. It causes chronic methanol poisoning which affects the dopamine system of the brain and causes the addiction.

Are you married and have children? I've gone over a lot of what you need to know and there are all kinds of reports for you and your physician http://www.,mpwhi.com my web site. Your physician may also want to see http://www.holisticmed.com/aspartame which is the Aspartame Toxicity Center. He can see about the reviews and how industry abused science, etc.

If you still have questions let me now and if you want me to add your name to the Mission Possible list let me know. Also on my web site is the Aspartame Information list.

Also Phenergan for nausea does not have aspartame, and the generic is promethazine. The pediatric does. Be sure no one gives you Zofran for nausea because the generic has aspartame and that's one of the drugs that caused me to stop breathing. There is already a class action on it. Because it's for nausea physicians gave it to pregnant women for morning sickness and they gave birth to babies with birth defects. The FDA had sealed the teratology studies so the public wouldn't know. They ought to be called the Fatal Destruction Agency. I would definitely be sure to see the documentary "Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World" on you tube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toKyRlpmG7A

I'll put your note on my list because there are a lot of doctors just in case someone can help you further., most of them in the movie. Dr. Roberts has passed on as has Dr. John Olney who tried to prevent the approval .Also, give this study to your physician: http://www.mpwhi.com/formaldehyde_from_aspartame.pdf Be sure to fill out the Medwatch form at the FDA because aspartame is a drug.

All my best,

Betty
